Shipping
UNITED STATES:
∆ I ship out within 2 business days in the U.S., most often using Priority Mail.
∆ Items in the U.S. should arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping!
∆ Quicker shipping and insurance is available at an extra fee, just ask prior to ordering and I will happily arrange it.
INTERNATIONAL:
∆ international shipping is available ONLY if you choose to pay for the cost of all of it. This could range from 20 to 70 dollars.
∆ tracking is not available for international orders
∆ The buyer is responsible for ANY charges from customs/etc once the item has been shipped out!
*Insurance is extra but available for all orders. Contact me for information!
WPV is not responsible for any items damaged or lost once they have left the shop!*
Refunds and Exchanges
▼ I will accept return requests within 2 days of receiving your item ONLY if you find a major flaw (incorrectly listed size or a condition error) that has not been sufficiently described.
▼ You are required to contact me BEFORE shipping it back or else your return will not be refunded.
▼ Cash refunds will not be given - only store credit/exchange
▼ Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs
▼ Credit WILL NOT be given for items that do not fit unless I have presented the sizing incorrectly. Please read measurements carefully and measure yourself accordingly before purchasing, allowing room to breath and move.
▼ NO refunds/exchanges will be given for prom or party dresses.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Vintage items are not always perfect and are almost always previously worn and loved. I will do my best to properly show any major flaws in the images and description. If you are not happy with the condition of the item, see the return policy for more information. If you would like more photographs of an item you are not sure about before purchasing, feel free to contact me for extra images.
Please make sure to measure yourself carefully and read the refund policy for information regarding misfits! Also take note that you should add a few inches to your measurements so that you have breathing room!
Since some items are preowned by another person, it is possible that some items come from a smoking home but ALL items which are machine washable will be cleaned before shipping.
